Paul and Pamela Segneri have been in ministry for over 25 years. Paul is an extraordinary musician with an exceptional gift of leading and teaching worship. Pamela has a strong Prophetic gift and is a gifted communicator. Together they have been instrumental in the growth of numerous churches across Australia. Paul and Pamela are the co-founders of firestartersTV and they are strong Apostolic and Prophetic Voices.

Robert Couper (Administrator) has been involved in Ministry for over 23 years and has held positions as International Administrator and Bursar and Principal of International College of Ministries. The experience he brings to the table is founded in several years in the banking industry; ten years in a Chartered Accounting practice; fourteen years in the commercial, professional and Insurance world as an Office Manager and Financial Controller. He recently retired but found retirement not for him; so he is back in the workforce and making time to be involved in His work and ministry.
